Natasha Bidee’ii Upshaw
Natasha, who joined Pecan Grove in 2003, has been in the veterinary field since the age of 15 when she started as a kennel technician. Her compassion for animals runs deep as she has always had pets in her life…dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, turtles, birds, fish, cattle, and horses. She says she’s lucky to have had an understanding mother as she was always bringing home an animal requiring care and attention. When Natasha leaves her role as Veterinary Technician each day, she feels rewarded knowing she has provided quality care for the many pet patients at Pecan Grove.
Natasha goes home to her boyfriend of eight years, her beautiful daughter born in October of 2007, a Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix dog, and four cats. “Every pet deserves a good home,” so her heart and home open up when there is a pet in need. She enjoys taking spontaneous drives as well as traveling to her “northern” home in Window Rock where she continues to care for large animals.
